Frequently Asked Question.

Do I need an NDIS plan to use CBSi?

No. We support clients funded through the NDIS, a Home Care Package, and those who choose to pay privately. Contact us to discuss your situation.

What is the difference between NDIS and a Home Care Package?

NDIS supports Australians under 65 with a permanent disability. Home Care Packages support Australians aged 65+ who need help to remain living at home. Both are government-funded but managed by separate agencies.

My parent has been assigned a Home Care Package how do we use CBSi?

Ask your Package Provider (also called a Case Manager) to include CBSi as your preferred service provider. We will then work directly with your provider to deliver the services in your care plan.

Can CBSi help me register for a Home Care Package?

While we cannot formally register you, we are happy to guide you through the My Aged Care process. Call us and we will walk you through each step.

What if I need help now but am still waiting on a package?

We accept private clients and can begin support immediately. Once your package is approved, we can transition your funding arrangements accordingly — no disruption to your care.

How much does private care cost?

Our rates are transparent and competitive. Please contact us directly for a personalised fee schedule based on your required services and hours.
