What we do
At Care Bridge Support Initiative, compassion meets expertise in delivering care that truly makes a difference. We are a dedicated team of healthcare professionals and support workers based in Queensland, serving three groups of people:
People Living with Disability — We support NDIS participants to live independently, safely, and with dignity. Our team delivers personalised, evidence-informed support across daily activities, community participation, nursing, and more.
Older Adults Ageing at Home — We support seniors who wish to remain at home as they age. Whether funded through a Government Home Care Package or privately arranged, our compassionate team helps with daily tasks, personal care, social connection, and clinical support.
Privately Funded Clients — For those who prefer to self-fund or are waiting on a government package, we offer flexible, high-quality support with no waiting lists and no complex paperwork required.
